Mentorship services
D1 Connect provides educational recruiting mentorship, guidance, and conversation for student athletes and families. It is not a recruiting agency, a school placement service, or a guarantee of athletic, academic, admissions, scholarship, roster, or recruiting outcomes.
Accounts and credits
Mentorship credits are linked to the email address used at checkout. One credit is used for one 30-minute private mentorship session. Credits are for the account holder and may not be sold or transferred without written approval from D1 Connect.
Bookings and cancellations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information and arriving prepared for scheduled calls. Calls may be held through Zoom or another video platform selected by D1 Connect. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may receive the used credit back for a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed calls use one credit. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Parents and guardians
A parent or legal guardian should review these terms and participate in purchasing decisions for any client under 18.
Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with the service, share another person’s account access, or use D1 Connect for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Changes to D1 Connect
We may update services, pricing, policies, or these terms as D1 Connect grows. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
