When you create a D1 Connect account, purchase mentorship credits, book a call, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, booking details, credit balance, and information you choose to share about your recruiting journey.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide mentorship services, manage credits and bookings, answer questions, send sign-in links and service emails, and improve D1 Connect. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Booking is handled through Zoom Scheduler. D1 Connect uses Supabase to manage accounts and credit balances and Resend to deliver account emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Sharing information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate D1 Connect, when required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of D1 Connect and its users.
Young athletes
D1 Connect is designed for student athletes and families. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or legal guardian before purchasing credits or participating in mentorship. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing nickmesquita@wwwd1connect.com. We may retain certain records when necessary for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
